The Ultraviolet Ultimate Series NSF/ANSI 55 Class “A” is a high-performance water disinfection system designed for a variety of applications, including homes, cottages, and small commercial and industrial installations. With flow rates ranging from 8 to 20 gallons per minute, this system ensures effective microbial control, providing safe and clean water.
This advanced UV system utilizes a proprietary extended cold spot lamp design, coupled with an active temperature-controlled Cold Spot Fan™, to enhance lamp output maintenance, even during stagnant hot water conditions. The microprocessor-controlled UV power source features both audio and visual alarms to validate lamp operation, along with an integral annual lamp change reminder timer. The UV display provides real-time indication of the actual dose in millijoules per square centimeter (mj/cm²) at the rated flow, ensuring optimal disinfection performance.
The Ultraviolet Ultimate Series includes a dynamic flow regulator and isolated solenoid drive to maintain consistent performance. The system operates with a lamp power of up to 112 watts and an AC supply voltage of up to 240V at 47-63Hz, accommodating a wide range of electrical environments. The reactor chamber is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, capable of withstanding a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi (6.9 bar). The lamp has a service life of 9,000 hours, with an annual lamp change timer and a 28-day lamp change grace period to ensure continuous operation. Suitable for water temperatures ranging from 4 to 25°C (40 to 77°F), the system features inlet/outlet connections of 3/4" or 1" diameter.
